Maggie Ashton
Maggie has many years office admistrative and book-keeping experience. She looks after clients filing and compliance matters and undertakes internal day to day adminstration, including our credit control!
Martin Ashton
With over 30 years business experience as Chartered Accountant, Martin ran his original accountancy practice in Manchester, before acting as Finance Director for various companies, including an AIM listed company. Latterly he was involved in consultancy and interim management before returning to general practice 4 years ago. No ageism here - yet!
Sharlene Cavanagh
Sharlene has worked for the past 20 years in various commercial accounting posts, culminating as Assistant Financial Controller. She has worked in various industries both in Africa and the UK, dealing with the day to day accounting functions. In her spare time she plays softball, keeping toned for tackling clients records!
Wayne Hiron
Wayne has gained a diverse experience of business through working in finance and project management within the telecoms sector together with running his own company. In 2006 he moved into general accountancy practice and is now studying for AAT and football coaching qualifications!
Sylvia Marriott
Sylvia has recently joined the team and has had diverse experience in dealing with various aspects of finance within the business environment during the past 25 years, achieving the position of Financial controller. She enjoys challenging tasks and coming from Zimbabwe it is just as well that she does!
John Taylor
A member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, John brings much experience to the practice environment. He is well versed dealing with client's corporate, partnership and sole trader accounts and taxation issues. John also has an engineering and management background with the RAF and consequently is able to link this to the client's business and start up and hopefully help it fly!
